Now that you’ve set up your profile, it’s time to start creating some jobs! This is what laborers will see when they are looking for jobs, so it is important to add all the information correctly.

After completing a job and rating and reviewing the contractor, the funds for the job are released into your Workphorce account.
To use those funds you have to do the following:
Go to the “Profile” screen and click on “Payouts” (On this page you can view all the payments you’ve received.)
At the top you can see your “Balance” which is the money available for you to withdraw.
Click on the “Withdraw” button at the bottom of the screen
Select a location and the address should appear If your account doesn’t show any locations, read this article on Locations.
Enter the details of your project. Make sure you’re detailed when writing out the scope of work. This helps the laborers understand what the job entails.
Lastly, decide whether you would like to save this job as a draft (useful if you do not need to post it right away) and if you would like to make the job public or only visible for laborers you know.

and enter the amount you’d like to receive.
Your money will then be released into your PayPal account for you to transfer to your preferred financial institution.
Go to the “Transactions” page in the “Profile” screen to view a history of jobs you’ve done and their respective payments.
