Content Comparison

The first step to using Workphorce is to create an account! The more detailed your account is, the more likely you’ll be able to get jobs.

Instructions

After going on to the app, select “Sign Up” near the top of the screen and follow these instructions:

Enter your email and your desired password. Make sure you are able to log into your email to verify your account. On the next screen, select whether you are a Contractor or a Laborer.

Enter your first, middle (optional), and last name, your birth date, gender, phone, and make sure your email is correct.

On the Menu Bar on the bottom of the screen, click on the Profile Page.

Go into General Info and link your PayPal account. This will allow you to create jobs and bid on jobs, and use Workphorce to its fullest.

If you pop into Schedule, you’ll be able to select the days and hours you’ll be available to work.

1. Select “Sign Up.”

   1. Enter your email address and a new password.

      1. Check your email so you can verify your account.

   2. Select that you are a Worker, enter your info, and select the 5 trades you’re best at.

   3. To view jobs near you, enter a specific location by dragging the map, or typing out the address.  This location can be changed as needed.

      1. Choose how far you are willing to travel for a job.

   4. Link your PayPal account to be able to receive payments

2. Click on the “Profile” screen. 

   1. In “General Info” fill out the biography box to tell contractors about yourself.

   2. Go to “Schedule” to select the days and hours you want to work.

   3. Go into “Job Info” to check the box if you have a vehicle.

   4. Add pictures of

   all the

   1. projects you’ve done previously into your

   Portfolio

   1. “Portfolio”! When you bid on

   a job

   1. jobs, contractors

   are going to

   1. want to see the quality of your work.
