How Locations Work│Contractors & Laborers

The first step to creating a job on Workphorce is to create a location.

1. Each time you create a location, make sure that the address is correct and that you enter the onsite contact information.

   1. This could be the homeowner or project manager for the job.

2. We have made the distinction between location and job because in a larger project, you may have multiple jobs that need to get done in one location.

3. On the jobs screen you will see the jobs you’ve created categorized by the locations you have projects in. This way, all your jobs are easy to view and keep track of.

4. When creating a job, you can select a location already created, or you can scroll through the jobs until you reach the location and click on its create job button.
